- Ranges for doors are for the whole job: door, motor and installation together. A door-only line on a quote won't match them.
- We haven't confirmed a published range for installation labour on its own yet, so the quote check doesn't rate labour lines for garage doors.
What a complete quote should list
- Door size (width x height) and type: sectional, tip-up or roll-up
- Material and finish (aluminium, Chromadek, wood) and colour
- Motor make and model, number of remotes, battery backup
- Removal and disposal of the old door
- Labour shown separately, and any call-out fee
- Warranty on the door, the motor and the workmanship
- Whether VAT is included
